Cancellation Policy
If cancellations are made 48 hrs before the date of travel then 0.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Events can be rescheduled minimum 24 hours prior of activity with an additional charge of Rs.200/- per member. Have to pay the rescheduling charges to reschedule it.
No rescheduling is possible with less than 24 hours of activity scheduled previously.
Rescheduled event cannot be cancelled or rescheduled again.
Post booking, you will receive an invoice via email/whatsapp
Prior reservation is mandatory. Either by Partial payments or by full payment.
Due to delays from customers, pickup can be delayed to others and if the delay is too long the event will be cancelled for the customer with no refund.
Please follow the guidelines given by the trainers and instructors.
Due to any reason if you decide to not to do any activity still the money will be charged after reaching the location.

Sea Water Sports shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of service providers nor any breach of conditions, representations or warranties by the suppliers or service provider and hereby expressly disclaim any all responsibility and liability in that regard.

As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that:
No Intake of Hard Drinks will be permitted while traveling in Company transport. If found your booking will be cancelled and will be dropped to any point of travel with no refunds.
Avoid hard drinks before any kind of Water Sports and Scuba Diving. If found, no activity will be allowed to be performed without refunds.
Carry additional pairs of clothes while doing Water Sports and Scuba Diving or during any such activity which is water related activity.
Adults/Participant here means above the age group of 10 years.
Due to weather if any activity gets cancelled the activity will be rescheduled for next day after intimating you or shifted to any safe location without notice if already it’s the event day.
In case of bad weather or technical issues if any activity is cancelled, will get refund for individual activity as follows: Parasailing - Rs.120/- Other Activities - Rs.80/- (only for scuba & water sports combo package).
In case if bad weather happens then the activity can be rescheduled by us but if you do not wish to join for the same then your advance money paid can be utilized in 2 years any time or need to wait for refund (check in booking & refund policy tab below)
After reaching the destination for activity no changes can be done in the activity.
Do not compare your bookings with others as everyone gets offers as per company policy time to time.
Kids above 10 years old can only enjoy water activities.
Few packages are charged for kids above 3 years & 5 years as well like Dudhsagar, adventure boat trip, dinner cruise, evening cruise, scuba water sports travel participant, etc.
Pickup details and coordination details will be shared a day prior activity day. Those may also be available in the bottom of the invoice copy.
Confirmation Policy
The customer receives an invoice via email within 24 hours of successful booking through the trip advisor.
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation invoice will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed (minimum 48 hrs prior activity date).
Booking & Refund Policy
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases, we will try best to provide a feasible alternative. However, refund will not be applicable for the same. In such case you will be allowed to use the services in next 2 years any time with a credit note from seawatersports. (share your email id with Trip Advisor)
Credit Note will be shared via email to you which you have presented while your next booking.
Refunds will processed if, you wants to cancel the activity due to any reason then inform us atleast 48hrs / 2 days prior of your activity date via an email to enjoyseawatersports@gmail.com , only in such case full refunds will be initiated.
Rescheduling can be done 48hrs / 2 days prior the activity date with Zero charges.
But if less than 48 hrs and more than 24 hrs then Rs.200/- per person will be charged for rescheduling.
All rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Incase you drop the trip plan and later if plans to optimize the rescheduling in next 2 years will be done with the credit note from seawatersports.
Due to Pandemic, lockdowns, Section 144 impact the activities if gets cancelled a cash refund will not be applicable for the same. Credit note will be provided which can be used in next 2 years from the date of Credit Note provided.
In case you do not need the Credit note then Refunds to the bank account will be only done after the event date mentioned by you is crossed and will be done anytime between 60-90 working days after the event date. This is valid only when you have followed the process of the booking cum refund policy mentioned above.
Kindly register yourself with seawatersports.com via our website before processing your request to us for refund or rescheduling with the details like the reason for cancellation, booking ID and Invoice copy or payment confirmation screenshot.

In refund cases GST charges, Payment gateway charges & convenience charges if any will be deducted and the rest amount will be refunded.
Every interaction for refunds, rescheduling or cancelations, amendments, etc will be done during working hours between 10.30 am to 6.30 pm and completely on emails. No verbal commitments will be provided or granted.
We also have an option know as Insure your trip. Terms and conditions are separate for the same (Please check the Insure Your Trip Tab)

Insure Your Trip Policy
We charge 6% of your amount paid as an Insure Trip Plan, this helps you to get full refund within 7-15 working days if cancelled due to any reasons mentioned below.
We provide refunds if You cannot attend your Booking due to any of the reasons below and have provided the evidence requested below.
