Jaigad Lighthouse
The Jaigad Lighthouse, located in one of the western bastions of the Jaigad Fort, is an ancient engineering marvel and a must-see among Ganpatipule's prominent tourist attractions. In 1832, a British army officer named John Oswald built the tower.
Although it appears to be made of bricks and concrete, it is made of cast iron and steel. It's worth looking into the casting and rivets. A jetty port is nearby, and the lighthouse, which has recently been outfitted with LED lights, guards ships sailing between Ratnagiri and Dabhol.
The ascent is worthwhile because the structure is built atop a hill and provides a stunning 360-degree view of the bay and the open sea. It's a quiet, peaceful place where the strong sea breeze caresses your face, revitalising you.

Jaigad Fort
Jaigad Fort, also known as the Fort of Victory, is a 16th-century Maharashtra marvel. It is on a cliff overlooking Jaigad Creek, where the River Shastri empties into the Arabian Sea. Swayambhu Ganapati Temple
The 400-year-old Swayambhu Ganapati Temple is a Ganesha temple made of pule or white sand. It's thought to be a self-made monolith of Lord Ganesha that was discovered 1600 years ago. This temple is very popular, especially during Diwali. The sight of the Ganesha idol getting dressed in the mornings and evenings is a special sight for visitors, and it is undoubtedly one of the most important Ratnagiri tourist attractions.
Thibaw point
Thibaw Point is an excellent location for a panoramic view of the Ratnagiri district. The site is well-known for offering a spectacular view of the Arabian Sea, Bhatye Bridge, Someshwar Creek, and Pawas. Thibaw Point is also the location of the Thibaw Palace, where the King of Myanmar was exiled during British rule.
Pandre Samudra
Pandre Samudra is a beach in Maharashtra that is the most popular of the beaches in Ratnagiri. Ratnadurg Fort
Ratnadurg Fort, also known as Ratnagiri Fort or Bhagwati Fort, is one of the main tourist attractions in Ratnagiri district. Being surrounded on all three sides by the Arabian Sea, it has strong boundaries in the form of fortifications and bastions. Aside from a small Hanuman and Lord Ganesha temple, there is also a beautiful Goddess Bhagawati temple.
Malgund
Malgund is one of the many tourist attractions in Ratnagiri that is well worth a visit. The village is as beautiful as a painting and rose to prominence as the birthplace of the famous Marathi poet Krishnaji Keshav Damle. Many monuments and museums have been built in his honour. These museums can teach you a lot about Marathi culture and language. The village also has Nirmal Nagari, known for Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi of Sahaja Yoga and is one of the best places to visit in Ratnagiri.
