- One year and above can enjoy all activities. Non-activity participants will be charged separately for travel and food.
- Do not forget to wear a life jacket before doing any activities. Compulsory follow the instructions given by the instructors. SA suit was not included in the package. Scuba video is complimentary, but sometimes, due to technical errors, footage can be corrupted or dull. For the scuba video, please get in touch with the coordinator after the completion of the activity at the EOD and also take the contact details if the video is being shared later. Make sure to check if video shared are received before leaving the venue, later send the same videos to your Trip advisor for the safety incase you delete or misplaced them.
- If plans change, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. No refunds will be processed. If you notify us after 48 hours and before 24 hours, the amount paid for the booking will be added to the SWS Wallet within 3 days of your account. Please register on our website for this. In case of rescheduling, we will charge 50% of the total amount paid while booking the activity. This booking is non-transferable.
