Paragliding is not an activity recommended for pregnant women, people with a heart problem, sinus problem, respiratory problem, ear infection, and claustrophobia. The total duration of the paragliding is inclusive of the briefing by instructors, strapping on and off of safety harness, and actual flying time.Total Duration is 60 mins.
